Norbert, a proud 60-year-old and founding member of the UV Alliance, has been active in the UV industry since 1997. After several years of humanitarian work in the former Yugoslavia, he took the leap into UV and founded his own company, dissol GmbH—turning a long-held entrepreneurial ambition into reality.

With a background in electrical engineering, Norbert enjoys tackling complex technical challenges (preferably the tricky ones). He remains driven by the belief that technology can contribute to a better world, and is always keen to play his part in making that happen.
